CSA warrants all system builds for 3 years. This includes product and labor to replace the defective part. CSA does require purchaser to diagnose problem with computer before returning for warranty repair. If purchaser cannot diagnose problem CSA will help to determine problem for a nominal fee. The warranty period on individual products vary per manufacturer and CSA supports the manufacturers warranty. During the 3 year period if a product becomes defective and the product is no longer available, CSA, at the customers option will do one of the following: 1. Replace defective product purchaed within 90 days with current product, giving full value of defective product. After 90 days replace with current product and give tradein value of defective product towards upgrading to current product. 2. Have product repaired or replaced by product Manufacturer.
Special order items can be returned for full credit within 30 days. After 30 days product must be returned to manufacturer for repair/replacement. CSA will ship product for you at your expense. CSA does not require any preauthorization for products to be returned. We like to have a note on the product detailing the problem and information on where to ship replacement part, if needed. CSA also does not always require defective part to be returned first before replacement part is sent, if you are an out of town customer, except for items shipped back to manufacturer. CSA is here for your benefit and to help you to support your customers. We have setup these policies only in your interest. |
