CSA Computer Wholesale was started in April of 2002 by Chris Speaks. Chris worked for his father, who started GSA Computer Wholesale in 1994. CSA's primary interest is customer service.
CSA only stocks items that customers ask for by demand. CSA monitors returns on each item and will remove an item from inventory, which shows an excessive return rate. CSA does not make it's own memory modules, but chooses to buy only major brands which offer life time warranty from the manufacturer. Not all CPU's and memory are stocked in current inventory. CPU's and memory are ordered every weekday by 3PM and delivered next day. CSA's WEB site denotes the processors and memory module that are not stocked. CSA honors all Manufacturers' warranties. CSA offers a 3-year warranty on all systems built by CSA. There are no RMA's required by CSA to return a product. CSA may require an internal technician to test a product, but this policy is only to supply service to it's customers insurance of the quality of the product. CSA does not buy any refurbished product, CPU pulls or used product of any kind. CSA only sells to the following: Computer Dealers, Government, Education, Organizations having an internal Computer Administrator, Computer Consultants, students currently taking computer classes, and employees of the above. CSA does believe in working with every customer who walks in the door. Gary Speaks, who was a computer consultant for 25 years, knows what it is like to be on the other side of the counter. Gary has felt the problems of dealing with a computer wholesaler and tries not to bring those problems into the CSA Company. CSA wants it's customers to feel that we are there to help you and want you to feel like we are working together to achieve a common goal. |
